Cuts ‘N’ Clippers & Refinery Rooms is a family-run barbershop with a twist. Successfully established for over 17 years, located in the heart of the Horley town centre, and are proud to be part of the growing community.

Owners Stacey and Melody have recently expanded the business by introducing ladies’ haircuts and converting the upper floor to offer male grooming and beauty treatments.
